Frankston RSL Club is a club like no other Victorian based RSL. This vibrant club at the gateway to the peninsula is a great place to relax and meet friends, enjoy exciting live entertainment, or experience fine cuisine. Families are always welcome and we cater for childrens' needs.Because of this, Frankston RSL upholds its reputation as one of Victoria’s leading RSL clubs.

Our Vision

The Frankston RSL remains committed to its 2025 Master Plan process which highlights possible areas of growth and how they could be implemented. Positions Available

Gaming Supervisor

This position requires that the successful applicant will:

• have extensive and relevant industry knowledge
• posses exceptional customer service standards
• work effectively within a large team
• be 'hands-on'
• understand leadership concepts
• have the knowledge, skills and industry requirements to work in a gaming enviroment including RSG, RSA and Victorian Gaming Licence issued by VCGR
• be flexible in your ability to work a variety of shifts

This is a full-time, salaried position with remuneration commensurate with experience and performance. It is challenging, demanding but above all, rewarding. Head Chef

We are currently looking to fill the position of Head Chef for our Four Seasons Bistro. Our Bistro produces approximately 3,500 to 4,000 main meals per week. To be considered for this role you must:

• Have a minimum of five years experience in a high volume Pub or Club enviroment as a qualified Chef
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, managerial and organisational skills
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively liase with FOH teams
• Be highly creative and have a passion for food and the hospitatlity industry
• Have a 'Hands-On' approach to management and a flexibilty with your roster
• Have a proven track record of meeting budgets
• Demonstrate a proven ability to lead and direct your team with respect and fairness
• Be willing to undertake further training

Casual Cook/Chef

We are currently looking to fill the position of casual Cook/Chef for our Four Seasons Bistro. Our Bistro produces approximately 3,500 to 4,000 main meals per week. To be considered for this role you must:

• Be an Australian resident
• Have a minimum of two years experience in a high volume Pub or Club enviroment
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Have excellent communication and listening skills
• Be self motivated
• Have flexibilty with your roster
• Be physically fit and able (some heavy lifting involved)
• Be able to work efficiently and effectively
