We commenced our Centenary celebrations by inviting three members who have, or are about celebrate their own centenary to a “High Tea”. Pictured are Cletie Titheridge, born 25th May 1918, whose husband served as an Engineer throughout the Second World War in Darwin. Stewart Gavin, born 12th June 1916 is closer to 103 than 102 and served in the Airforce, and was stationed in New Guinea at the end of WW2. Finally Phoebe Parker, the baby of the group born 10th September 1919. Phoebe served in the Australian Women’s Army Service and enlisted in 1942 in the Signal Corps.
